This is an old photo. The tall building in the middle background has been taken down since it was taken. The city tried to make an event of it going down, picking a company to implode it. There were television crews and reporters at the event. The company they picked didn't do a very good job! The explosions only managed to shorten it a bit, lol.

It looks very peaceful, nice!
